Sunday evening EST, we are planning a hardware upgrade to the file server. It is a very quick upgrade and we do not forsee being down more than 5 to 10 minutes to do this. It will be most evident as missing shoutbox and random song spotlight, but also similar below the forum main page too and the file manager will be offline for a very short time.
The forums will not see ANY interruption, as they are on a different server system.
It looks like the installation of the new server has taken the current service offline while it installs. So it is interupting the file server this afternoon as well. It should only be a few minutes off line while I install this on the new server. What I plan to do is copy files to the new server with this current on running online. Then it will be a quick switch over once the files are all in place but it took the server offline while I install the new one too. I did not anticipate that, but it should be short downtime.
