Mike P, and I have been discussing the server system here at F-Jam. He is planning a large upgrade of the hard drive there, and now has a 6 MBPS connection. He has graciously offered it as a mirror to the file server here. The content between the two systems will be synced, and your login info should work on both servers, when this is completely implemented. What it means is that if the file server here is loaded down, you will be able to go over to his server and upload/download. It is an exact duplicate of the file server we have in place now except probably a bigger hard drive, and more ram. The mirror will be accessable via the menus here. He is also planning a mirror to the FTP. It will effectively double the file transfer capacity for F-Jam.

We already have a partner server with Don Buck (dbuck), which handles the radio stations, and the streaming jukebox here. This will mean we have 3 dedicated servers for F-Jam.
